Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. Introduction
    These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Truly Pest Solution Pvt.
    Ltd. and the customer ("you", "your") who engages our pest control services. By
    scheduling a service, you agree to these terms.

    2. Services Provided
    We offer a range of pest control services, including but not limited to:
    – Initial inspections
    – Treatment plans
    – Pest Control Maintenance services
    – Emergency pest control services
    – Disinfection services

    3. Pricing and Payment
    – All prices are quoted prior to service and are subject to change based on the
    specific needs of the service.
    – Payment is due on signing of the contracts for residential services.
    – We accept various forms of payment, including cash & cheques/DD to be prepared
    in favour of “Truly Pest Solution Pvt. Ltd.”
    – Payments methods such as credit cards, net banking, etc may be carried out
    through our website only i.e. www.trulynolenindia.co.in.

    4. Contract
    – The signed contract is neither terminable before expiry nor transferable.
    – The contract is for providing services in the premise covered in the contract only. In
    event of any change, a fresh contract needs to be entered for providing the service
    with payment of additional fees.
    – The signed contract cannot be extended from the stated validity.
    – The services will be provided as per designed contract.

    5. Customer Responsibilities
    – You agree to provide access to the premises as necessary for the performance of
    our services.
    – You will inform us of any known pest issues, structural concerns, or conditions that
    may affect service effectiveness.
    – You agree to follow any safety or preparation instructions provided prior to the
    service.

    6. Service Guarantee
    We stand by the quality of our services. If pests reappear, we will return to address
    the issue at no additional charge, provided no change has been made to the
    structure or any other changes i.e. painting, etc. has occurred.

    7. Limitations of Liability
    – We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
    our services.

    8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    – You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice
    without penalty.
    – Cancellations made should be rescheduled within a fortnight of the original service
    date.

    9. Health and Safety
    – Our technicians are trained to follow all safety protocols. However, you are
    responsible for ensuring that all occupants, including pets, are safely away from the
    treatment area during service.

    10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
    the laws of New Delhi, India.

    11. Amendments
    We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

    12. Acceptance of Terms
    By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
    agreed to these terms and conditions.
