ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- A11Identify & Develop profitable business relations with key Corporate / B2B/ Institutions pan India.
- Continuously identify & develop new business accounts for B2B Sales.
- Recognizing new potential agents to bring in more business.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners & discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials. Evaluating options, resolving internal priorities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Develop a relationship with corporation that has high employee turnover.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate from a recognized university and post-graduation in Sales or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years in corporate sales/institutional sales.
- Direct relationship with brands for sourcing rather than a third party
- Majorly handled big corporations.
- Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication
