Qualification: Master’s degree in Sales or Business Management Skills.
Previous Work Experience:
-Prior experience in Pest Control Industry
-Retail Industry / Service industry with branch operations, Pest Control Companies
Business activities:
-Supervise, hire, and train employees, strategize process improvements.
-Manage quality assurance programs.
-Regular visit to clients for service-related feedback & quality assurance
-Supporting the production planning process and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and
production targets are met.
Job Responsibilities:
-Contribution towards the organization’s CSR activities
-Manage daily operations of branch.
-Provide quality and exceptionally services to customers.
-Select, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable
them to function according to job description.
-Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe and orderly.
-Assist in performance appraisals, promotions, and compensation activities for employees.
-Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.
-Managing stock control and inventory checks.
-Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.
-Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
-Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.
-Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
-Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
Other Skills Required
-Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead
and manage a diverse sales team.
-Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
-Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
